The Search is ON... for GARDO's BATTLE of the BANDs....It's Your Time to SHINE....
GARDO's Diner & Gimmick Bar is Launching it's 1st BATTLE of the BANDs.
Mechanics as follows:
- Open to all amateur Bands, atleast 4-5 band members (maybe all MALE or all FEMALE or combination)
- Age 18-25 years old.
- Pre-qualification required. Those qualified will be notified for the scheduling of jig and competition night.
- 3 completing bands will play every Friday & Saturday Nights.
- Bands are required to render: 1 Original Composition , 1 Slow & 1 Up-beat songs.
- Only 3 Band Finalist will be competing in our grand concert night on Dec 21, Friday.
- Winning Band will receive cash prizes, gift certificates & will be the featured band @ GARDO's for the whole month of January 2009. Other additional prizes will be announced as we go along with the competition nights.
How to join:
- No Registration FEE required.
- Fill-up forms and submit to our supervisor on duty along with band profile and photos.
- Registration is from Nov 11- 25, contest starts Nov 30.
Different personalities from the semicon industry will be our judges.
